Mental Performance Coach for Boston Legacy FC, creator of the Unfragile system, and author of Becoming Unfragile.
Stop surviving. Start thriving.
If you have built a life that looks good on paper but inside you still feel overwhelmed, reactive, and constantly striving for more, you are not alone.
Performance coach Jacqueline Kelly has been there herself, and has spent decades showing people how to push past mental and physical blockades to build fulfilling, resilient lives.
In Becoming Unfragile, Kelly reveals that a motivated life is not found in perfection, but in balancing three interconnected pillars of well-being. You are stronger than you think.
Fortify your mind, body, and purpose.
Mind
Regulate your emotions
Regulate your emotions, shift ineffective self-talk, and focus on what you can control.
Body
Build consistent strength
Build consistent strength, prioritize rest, and make your body your first responder to stress.
Purpose
Find your unstoppable why
Clarify your core values and align daily actions with a meaningful, unstoppable why.
You are stronger than you think.
As an NCAA basketball player and competitive endurance athlete, I built my identity around discipline, toughness, and refusing to quit. From the outside, I looked strong and capable. Internally, I often battled self-doubt and felt like my own mind was working against me.
Then, during the 2011 24 Hours of Moab mountain bike race, physical strength stopped being enough. My father was dying of liver cancer and watching from the sidelines. I was bruised, exhausted, and sitting on a rock in tears, unsure whether I could keep going.
For the first time, I realized I had spent years training my body without ever learning how to train my mind with the same intention. Becoming Unfragile is the book I needed that day.
