I'm Jacqueline Kelly

A former NCAA basketball player, holding a Masters in Sport Psychology, with 20+ years of personal training experience. 

I’m dedicated to client success. Witnessing transformations through collaborative mental and physical training brings me immense joy. The Kelly Method, blending sports psychology, has enabled individuals to achieve personal bests, even non-athletes. At Kelly Performance and Wellness, inclusivity and empowerment drive our approach, supporting every client’s journey to success.
