Personal Training

At your first session, she will assess your current fitness level, determining where your strengths and weaknesses are. You will have the opportunity to talk about your weight and fitness goals as well as the issues that have prevented you from achieving them in the past. Together you will construct a physical and mental plan to move you more efficiently from flabby to fabulous.
When you work with Jacqueline, she combines her 20 years of training experience with her Master’s in Sports Psychology to bring you the most customized, effective plan possible. She gives you practical, attainable weekly goals so that you cumulate successes and stay motivated.

Sustained Weight Loss
The reason you haven’t been able to keep those extra pounds off is because you weren’t taught how to make the lifestyle shifts that would support your fitness goals. Kelly Performance teaches you the physical and mental skills you need to achieve and sustain weight loss.
Each 90-minute session incorporates both physical and mental training, including:
- 10 Minute Warm Up
- 40 Minutes of Cardio & Strength Training
- 10 Minute Cool Down
- 30 Minutes of Education and Hypnosis
Throughout your 60-minute workout you will learn practical ways to sneak fitness easily into your daily habits. During the education portion of the training you will learn ways to improve your decision making and curtail food cravings. Self-loathing, disappointment, and self-sabotage will be examined as well as the nutritional elements of weight loss.
The last 15 minutes of every session will leverage the power of your subconscious mind through hypnosis. You will be given positive suggestions about weight loss and diet that will help your subconscious mind take hold of the changes you are making with your conscious mind. Used in concert with physical training and education, hypnosis is an extremely effective tool for sustained weight loss.
