About Kelly Performance Wellness

I’m Jacqueline Kelly, a former NCAA basketball player with a Masters in Sports Psychology, and more than 20 years of personal training under my belt. I specialize in coaching performance athletes and executives with mental training skills. My expertise has afforded me the opportunity to work with two Big 10 football teams, professional golfers, and a professional cyclist.

I’m just as invested in my clients’ aspirations as they are. I love watching them achieve their goals, regain their confidence, and live happier, healthier lives as a result of the physical and mental training we accomplish together.

After earning my Masters, I started adding the mental performance coaching to the programs I developed for my clients — and we noticed the results much more quickly.

The Kelly Method™ evolved from my deep understanding of sports psychology. I have successfully coached individuals who never thought they’d compete again, to personal bests. Clients who don’t even see themselves as ‘athletes’ have experienced shifts in thinking that have led them to braver choices and accomplishments that wouldn’t have been possible without performance coaching.

Stephanie Konopelski has been helping clients of all ages and abilities, set and crush their fitness goals for twenty years. Her methods entail positive feedback and encouragement. Stephanie’s clients discover that fitness can be fun when the solutions are tailored to their lifestyles and specific goals. Her passion is grounded in functional fitness — and she also specializes in lifestyle coaching, core strength, balance training, and water therapy.

Carl Mease is a strength-building trainer with a passion for running. His reputation for leading high-energy boot camps precedes him. Although his competitive running days are over, he thrives on helping clients achieve their athletic potential on the track, field, slopes, or the course. All you have to do is supply the vision, and he’ll point you on the path to success. If you hear 80’s classic rock music blaring when you walk through our doors, you’ll know Carl is in the house.
