Kelly Performance and Wellness was founded by Jacqueline Kelly to help people realize a better quality of life and overcome the obstacles that hold them back. With a Master’s Degree in Sports Psychology, 5 top personal training certifications, and over 20 years of experience, Jacqueline Kelly is Denver’s best resource for conquering the physical and mental limitations that keep you from your peak performance. When you work with Kelly Performance and Wellness, you will improve physically, and you will also gain the mental skills to tackle all of life’s challenges.

I work with clients of all ages and abilities, specializing in functional fitness, lifestyle coaching, core strength and balance training as well as water therapy.
